Kody – Business Administrator

Kody is the Appointment and Administrative Coordinator at The Houston Dentists, and she is usually the first person to greet you when you come to the office. You cannot miss her beautiful smile and sweet disposition, making you feel right at home. Kody has been part of The Houston Dentists team for over 5 years, and she will tell you that there is nothing more rewarding than being part of a Team that changes patients’ lives by helping Dr. Frazar and Dr. Hedge create beautiful smiles!

Kody is an integral part of the team, and she makes everyone’s day an amazing one. She is our “hostess with the mostest” who runs a tight ship with a lot of style and grace.

She studied at LSU (Geaux Tigers!) but decided to return to her native Houston, and is currently finishing her studies in History and Psychology at the University of Houston. She is married to her longtime love, Geoff, and she loves spending time with her incredible family, friends, and her precious puppy, Roscoe.
 

Janie – Clinical & Patient Coordinator

Janie is the Clinical and Patient Coordinator at The Houston Dentists. There will be no doubt in your mind when you meet Janie that she loves dentistry. She is always bubbling over with enthusiasm.

Janie is a Registered Dental Assistant in Texas. She has also been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2005. Janie has her Associates of Science degree, and she is pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene.

Janie chose dentistry because she loves seeing patient’s expressions after a cosmetic dental procedure. Transforming a patient’s smile from something that was so embarrassing to the patient that they would not smile at all, or they would cover their mouths, to a beautiful smile is something truly unexplainable. Making a difference in such a small, but yet a huge way, is why she loves her job!

Janie, as she explains, has an amazing, smart and loving brother, who attends culinary school. This is why Janie loves working out and staying fit. Can you imagine having a family member as a chef? Janie loves running outside. Just being outdoors and enjoying nature is one of her favorite things. Janie’s favorite past time is spending time with her family, and doing makeovers on family and friends.

Janie has been a welcomed addition to the team. She is smart, caring, and is always in the pursuit of excellence.
 

Stefan – Dental Hygienist

Stefan is one of the extraordinary Hygienists at The Houston Dentists. She attended Ricks College (now Brigham Young University) in Idaho, and graduated from Hygiene school at Wharton Jr. College with an Associates of Science degree.

Stefan has been in dentistry over 12 years and she lives, eats, and breathes her career. Stefan loves dentistry, and you can see by her enthusiasm. You can tell the way she feels about her job by the way she is always bubbling over with information. If Stefan does not know the answer, she will find it out for you. Any time Dr. Frazar or Dr. Hedge has a continuing education course lined up, Stefan is the first to sign up!

Stefan comes from a farm back in Idaho, but she is a city girl now. She and her husband have four children together: three girls and one boy. The family has many activities they share together like camping, swimming, and sports. Stefan also volunteers at school, plays piano at church, and volunteers for her children’s extracurricular activities. We become exhausted from listening to her schedule, but she is never tired!
 

Tasha – Treatment Coordinator

Tasha is the Treatment Coordinator extraordinaire for our Houston dentists. She is very knowledgeable about dentistry, and you will not find a more compassionate and caring person. Part of being an excellent Treatment Coordinator is being a good listener. Tasha always listens to her patients so she can help in the best possible way. Her focus is always to help the patients find the best course of treatment along with the doctor’s, so each patient can experience an amazing result.

Tasha chose her career in dentistry because she loves helping people make life-changing choices. She will tell you there is nothing more gratifying than seeing a patient’s beautiful smile after they have completed their dentistry. Tasha loves that she is able to assist the patients in having their dreams come to fruition.

Tasha has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Health Care Administration, and she has been a Dental Assistant for over 8 years. Tasha is highly trained in neuromuscular and cosmetic dentistry, and she never turns down a continuing education course on these subjects.

Tasha is originally from New Mexico, but now calls Houston home, along with her chihuahua, Bambi. She enjoys jogging, cooking, and of course, shopping.

 

Jessica Peltier – Dental Hygienist

Jessica is one of our highly trained, professional, and very friendly Hygienists. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science with a minor in Business from Texas A & M University, and an Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene from Lone Star College in Kingwood.

Jessica is an excellent addition to the team at the Houston office. She believes strongly in education, so she has hopped on the education bandwagon at the office, and is one of the first to volunteer for the next CE Meeting. Just tell her where!

Jessica enjoys educating the patients about their oral health, being up-to-date on the newest and most helpful hygiene products, and also staying current on the latest procedures and technology in dentistry. Talk about enthusiasm! You will most likely agree that Jessica possesses this!

In Jessica’s spare time she enjoys baking, reading, spending time with her family, and especially working on her Dad’s cattle ranch. You will love this smart, spunky cowgirl….we do!

Jennifer – Dental Assistant

Jennifer graduated from Pearland High School, and has lived in Pearland her entire life. She also attended Alvin Community College.

Jennifer is Dr. Frazar’s and Dr. Hedge’s very talented Dental Assistant. She fell into dentistry by accident, but it is no accident she has remained in dentistry. Jennifer finds her career very rewarding. She loves to help people and to see patients get to their desired end result of a beautiful smile. It is a lot of hard work on behalf of the patient, doctor and the team, but Jennifer will tell you there is nothing like taking those final photographs of a transformed person!

Jennifer has two sons who keep her very busy. Garrett is a Level 9 gymnast, runs track, and is an honor student, and Gavin plays select football, baseball, and also has very good grades in school. Carpool and attending their events gets a little hectic at times to say the least.

Jennifer is a cowgirl at heart. She loves to western dance, and to ride her horse. She is also a Captain on the Trail Ride Committee, and has been for the past ten years. Jennifer enjoys outside activities with her boys. Sleep…who needs to sleep? This cowgirl loves life, and wants to enjoy every minute.
